Alyssa made her professional acting debut at age eight in the role of July
in the Tony-winning Broadway musical, "Annie". She spent over a year playing the role in the tour before returning to New
York to appear off-Broadway in the first American musical adaptation, "Jane Eyre" at the theater Opera Music Institute, Wendy
Wasserstein´s one-act Play, "Tender Offer" at the New York Ensemble Theater, "All Night Long" at the Second Stage and "Warning
Signals" at the Manhattan Theater Club.
Child actress and model Alyssa Milano rose to fan-magazine fame in the role of
Samantha Micelli on the TV series Who's the Boss ? (1984-1993) which ran for 8 years in which time Alyssa won three Youth
In Film awards for "Best Supporting Actress". During the run of this series, Milano made her TV-movie bow opposite no less
than Sir John Gielgud in 1986's The Canterville Ghost. She has acted along such actors as John Candy, Arnold Schwarzenegger,
Johnathan Silverman of TV's "The Single Guy", Will Smith, Sean Astin, and Christian Slater. Like many former child stars,
Milano has done her best to break her earlier image by appearing in adult roles calling for heavy breathing and come-hither
glances: perhaps her most spectacular appearance along these lines was in the role of the estimable Amy Fisher in the the
1992 TV movie Casualties of Love: The Long Island Lolita Story.
According to those who keep tabs on such things, Milano has lined up roles in "three
or four very adult movies". Her most recent movies were Fear with Reece Witherspoon and Hugo Pool with Malcolm McDowell. In
1997 Alyssa joined the cast of Fox TV's "Melrose Place" . Alyssa's debut on Melrose Place was on Monday April 14th 1997.

Phoebe Halliwell
is the youngest child of Victor Bennett and Patty Halliwell.
Phoebe was the carefree spirit who lived in New York before moving back to the Halliwell manor. Upon returning to the manor,
Phoebe was on good terms with Piper, but there was mountable tension between herself and Prue. Eventually tensions lightened
up some for the eldest and youngest as the season progressed.
Phoebe was the Halliwell who actually activated the powers
of the Charmed Ones, after discovering the Book of Shadows in the attic. Readily accepting her powers Phoebe grew into an
excellent spell writer, creating potions, and knowing all about the Book of Shadows. Having powers and uniting with her sisters
helped to give Phoebe a purpose in life - something she was sorely lacking.
Becoming a witch helped Phoebe grow as a person and become
confident enough in herself that she went back to school to get her degree. She successfully graduated in season three.
Season four found Pheobe adjusting to a new role in her
life. She lost her oldest sister, Prue, because of the Source. Phoebe became the middle sister. This meant playing the mediator
between Piper and Paige, who differed as much as she and Prue had done. She found how hard it was for Piper to stay neutral
and try to keep everything calm.
Phoebe has found her soul mate in Cole Turner, a man who
is half demon and half human thanks to his mother being a demon and his father a mortal. It was instant attraction for both
of them. Little did Phoebe know Cole that was sent to kill the Charmed Ones as an undercover demon working for the Triad.
The same went for Cole, who didn't expect to fall for Phoebe, one of his targets.
Inevitably, Phoebe found out about Cole, his past, and
his intentions. After fighting against him, she finally accepted who he was after he announced he would never use his demonic
powers for evil.
Alyssa got her acting start at age eight when her babysitter, an aspiring dancer, dragged her to
an open audition for the national touring company of Annie. But it was Alyssa, not the sitter, that beat out 1,500 other wanna
be stage actresses to snag a role as an orphan. After 18 months on the road with her Mother along, she left Annie to do off-broadway
productions and TV commercials.
At age ten, she landed her breakthrough role as "Samantha Micelli" on "Who's the Boss"
with Tony Danza. The family had to uproot and move to Hollywood for the job. After the show completed its last season in 1992,
she continued to hone her talents on both the big and small screen. For two seasons she played "Jennifer Mancini" on the Fox
show "Melrose Place." Now again teamed with Spelling Television, in the WB hit "Charmed."
In 1995 she and her mother
began taking on Internet sites featuring celebrity nudity/pornography, this expanded into Cyber Trackers and Safesearching.com,
a global community bringing a safe way to get entertainment and celebrity information on the internet.
Alyssa was engaged to Scott Wolfe (Party of Five) in 1994, they seperated one year later. In 1999,
she married musician Cinjun Tate (Remy Zero.) The marriage lasted only 11 months. She previously dated Charmed co-star Brian
Krause "Leo Wyatt" in 2001. She then dated a guy named Josh Shambaugh in early 2002 and later that year had a short relationship
with former N'Sync star Justin Timberlake.
updated: As of July 2003 Alyssa has been seen with co-star Eric Dane whom played her boss/boyfriend
Jason in Season 5 of Charmed.
Interesting fact: Alyssa is addicted to body art, she has eight tattoos! One one
each ankle, one on her shoulder and belly, one on each wrist and her most recent in 2002 is on the back of her neck (&
a sacred heart on her bottom.)
Alyssa Milano is claustrophobic, she even made them put in her contract she wouldn't have to be in tiny enclosed places
Every time Alyssa (Phoebe) feels the need to have a child, get this, she buys another pet
Alyssa Milano accepted the part of Phoebe after the originally cast person Lori Rom had to pull out from playing
her at the last minute
