So what'd you think of last night's show?

1.01: Something Wicca This Way Comes

Phoebe Halliwell moves back in with her two older sisters, Prue and Piper, after living in New York for 6 months. Prue discovers their old ouija board, which sends the sisters a message: ATTIC. Curious, Phoebe goes up to their attic, and an unseen force opens it. She discovers an old tome: The Book of Shadows. An incantation she reads out loud changes the sister's lives. Prue can move things with her mind, Piper can freeze time and Phoebe is now getting premonitions. Their destiny is revealed to them: they are the Charmed Ones- the most powerful good witches of all time, with the duty of protecting the world from evil.

1.02: I've Got You Under My Skin

Phoebe falls target for Javna, a demon that masquerades as Stephan: a hot new photographer. He preys on young women and steals their youth. Prue lands a job at Bucklands Auction House, but is unsure whether she can keep her new secret under the rug. Piper fears that being a witch means that she can't go near a holy place without being... smited (for lack of a better term).

1.03: Thank You For Not Morphing

The sisters get a surprise visit from their father: Victor Bennet. Phoebe and Piper never had the chance to know him, but Prue remembers all too well how he walked out of their lives and doesn't trust him- especially when Phoebe gets a premonition of Victor taking the Book of Shadows. Turns out that the warlocks behind this are closer than the sisters thought, when they discover that their fun-loving neighbours are shapeshifters, who are after the book. After the battle, Victor disappears from their lives again.

1.04: Dead Man Dating

Prue attempts to avoid having a birthday celebration. She finds that her day gets worse when she finds Andy having lunch with Susan Trudeau- Andy's ex-wife: she didn't even know she existed! Phoebe, who wants to get her sister a decent present for a change, gets a job at a hotel as a psychic. Her job gets interesting when she gets a premonition of a man getting hit by a car, so she sets out to save him. Piper befriends a ghost who was murdered by a criminal who wanted to fake his own death. She has to save Mark from the demon Yama, who will suck him into Hell if his body isn't found and given a proper burial. The sisters are able to save Mark's soul and start his family's healing process, but Piper is heartbroken that he has to leave. Prue decides that birthdays are not meant to be wasted and lets her sisters throw her a birthday bash. She also forgives Andy for not telling her about Susan: it's not like she hasn't got a big secret of her own is it?

1.05: Dream Sorcerer

The newest enemy of the Charmed Ones is a mortal. He has found the ability to project himself into the dreams of women who reject him... and he kills them. Prue becomes a target of this man, and Andy and Darryl are hot on his trail. Phoebe and Piper cast a spell to attract the right guys into their life, but they realise that it was a little stronger than they thought when Piper is being sent flowers from almost every male customer at Quake, Phoebe's boyfriend won't leave her alone and Kit is being followed by a bunch of horny Tom cats! Prue tries her hardest to stay awake, but falls asleep at the wheel on her way home and crashes. She falls into a coma, where she again becomes the target of the Dream Sorcerer, Berman. At first, her powers are useless, but hearing Piper and Phoebe beside her hospital bed, and Andy at Berman's clinic trying to wake him up and stop him, Prue is able to tap into her powers and kill him.

1.06: The Wedding From Hell

A last minute departure of Chef Moore means that Piper has to cater the Michaels-Spencer wedding. When there, she finds a priest who warns her of Hecate. Piper doesn't think anything of it until the priest gets killed and she finds out that the bride's name, Jade, is not on the napkins (it says Elliot and Allison). Allison tells the sisters what happened before her wedding with Elliot fell apart and he got together with Jade. After a lot of research, Prue discovers that Jade is really the demon Hecate, who's only goal is to conceive an evil baby. During the showdown, Elliot manages to get hold of the knife that the sisters need to banish Hecate- and all the demons get sucked into the knife forever... thus breaking the spell.

1.07: The Fourth Sister

While Prue tries to spend some time with Andy, Phoebe and Piper fight over their hot new handyman, Leo. Phoebe befriends troubled teen Aviva, who longs to have a proper family and wants to join the Halliwell's. Her 'teacher' Kali uses this to her advantage. She gets Aviva to gain Phoebe's trust and knowledge so that Kali can get the power of the Charmed Ones inside of her.

1.08: The Truth is Out There... And it Hurts

While searching for a demon that Phoebe saw in a premonition, Prue comes across a Truth Spell. She casts it, hoping to find out what Andy's reaction would be if he knew that she was a witch, not knowing that her sisters have just walked into the house and are also affected by the spells. Now all three sisters will hear the truth from other's mouths, and have to speak the truth when asked a question. Piper uses it to find out how Leo feels about her, and also to yell at her boss. To top it off, they also learn of a demon that's come from the future to kill all the people who are destined to make a vaccine against warlocks and set off to vanquish him. Phoebe uses the truth spell to find out from Andy about the murders.

1.09: The Witch is Back

At the auction house, Prue is given a locket to be appraised for the next auction. When she opens it, Matthew Tate is released. He is a warlock who was imprisoned in there by none other than Melinda Warren. Upon learning who Prue is a descendant of, he decides to get revenge on the Halliwells, with the help of Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster. The sisters agree that the only way to get Matthew back in his prison again is to conjure up Melinda Warren to help them with the spell.

1.10: Wicca Envy

Rex uses astral projection and mind control to trick Prue into stealing a priceless tiara. Hannah helps to mount up the evidence until Andy and Darryl have no choice but to arrest Prue. The sisters are quick to notice that a warlock is behind this, and Phoebe suspects Leo. Rex's cover is lifted when he catches Piper and Phoebe breaking Prue out of jail. He takes a picture and threatens to give it to SFPD unless the sister's relinquish their powers and give them to Rex. When the sisters give them up, Hannah shifts into a panther and tries to kill them. In the nick of time, their powers come back and Piper freezes both Rex and Hannah. The sisters get out the way and put Rex in their place- Hannah kills him, and an unseen force vanquishes her. So, what happened? Looks like Leo has some powers: he enters the attic and finds a blank Book of Shadows. He holds his hands over the top and 'heals' it- bringing all the Warren magick back.

1.11: The Feats of Clay

Phoebe's ex-boyfriend Clay comes to visit her, wanting more than to just get back together with Phoebe. Knowing that Prue works at an auction house, he asks her to sell an urn that he picked up at an Egyptian market. Prue accepts, but soon finds out that not only was the urn stolen, but there's a curse attached to it: whoever steals it dies. Clay finds this out for himself when the two guys who assisted him in stealing the urn were killed- one by a spider, another by a scorpion. The only way for him to survive is to commit an act of selflessness. Meanwhile, Piper attempts to bring a couple back together- as they both work for her and the guy is getting extremely distracted and clumsy, making his job hang by a thread.

1.12: The Wendigo

When trying to get help when her tire goes flat, Piper is attacked by some weird creature. After some research, Piper disovers that it's a Wendigo: a creature who is human by day, monster by night, and goes after certain people, kills them and rips their hearts out. The injury Piper obtained from the attack gets infected and starts to turn her into a Wendigo. When someone who's working on the case is killed, Andy gets onto the case in hopes of killing it and saving Piper in the process. Meanwhile Prue gives Phoebe a job at Bucklands. Phoebe gets a premonition off one of the items- one of a lost girl, so she sets out to find that girl and reunite her with her mother. Andy discovers the identity of the Wendigo when it decides to make him the next target- luckily Prue and Phoebe rush to the scene to save Andy, kill the Wendigo and turn Piper back into a human.

1.13: From Fear to Eternity

The sisters face a very unique demon. Barbas comes to Earth every 1300 years on Friday 13th to feed on the fears of witches. He has to kill 13 unmarried witches before midnight in order to survive. Of course, Prue and Phoebe become his victims. To make things even harder, Darryl and Andy are also seeking out the same killer. Meanwhile, Piper is very superstitious and when she meets a really nice guy, she holds off going out with him because she believes that every relationship that starts on Friday 13th is doomed. Of course... she was right.

1.14: Secrets and Guys

Max, a 13-year-old male witch is kidnapped by his friend's brother. His captors want him to use his power, Psycho-Kinesis, to help them break into a bank. Using his power, he sends a message to the Halliwell's spirit board, and Prue sets out to find him. Piper is overjoyed to find out that Leo's come back... but soon finds out that he has to leave again, though the reason is unclear. Phoebe stumbles onto Leo's secret when she catches him levitating. Leo Wyatt isn't a handyman, he is a whitelighter: a guardian angel for witches. He fell in love with Piper, which isn't allowed and he came back for one last goodbye. Phoebe tries to help Leo break the news to Piper without giving away his secret, or making him sound like a cheat. When Prue finds Max, she herself gets kidnapped. She convinces Max to use his power to disarm the bomb that's attached to him and trap his captors.

1.15: Is There a Woogy in the House?

An earthquake results in a crack in the basement floor, and Piper suspects a gas leak and calls a repairman to sort it out in time for Prue's dinner party. Prue and Piper tease Phoebe about her fear of the basement- Phoebe claims that when she was a kid, she saw Grams battling the 'Woogyman' in the basement, and she hasn't been down there since. The teasing of the two eldest Halliwells is in vain when they find out that their repairman has been possessed by none other than the Woogyman, and now it's targeting Phoebe. Prue and Piper discover that the Manor was built on a Wiccan nexus: a place that exists equadistant from the five elements (earth, air, fire, water and metal), and is therefore a battleground for good and evil. Since Phoebe was the only sister born in the house, she is the perfect host for the Woogyman's evil. Not only has she locked her sisters out of the house, but she's infecting others- including a neighbour, a professor friend of Prue's boss, and Andy. In attempt to battle the Woogyman, Prue and Piper help Phoebe break through the evil to remember the spell Grams told them that would get rid of it. A premonition triggers an old memory of Phoebe's fear of the basement and she comes through for her sisters.

1.16: Which Prue is it Anyway?

The Halliwell sisters are enjoying a night of fun until Phoebe has a premoniton of Prue being impaled on a crystal sword. She finds out about the warlord, Gabriel, who lost his powers ages ago, and it now trying to reclaim them- and the powers of a first born witch is on his list. Prue discovers a spell that will multiply her powers by three, so she casts it... inadvertantly creating two Prue clones. The two extra Prues act as decoys against Gabriel, which all goes well until one of them is killed and Andy finds her in the morgue. His supicion grows when he goes to the Manor to break the news to Piper and Phoebe, and ends up finding Prue there with them. Luckily, before he can get Prue and Prue together, the sisters are able to vanquish Gabriel and the two clones disappear.

1.17: That 70s Episode

A man who appears to be Gram's secret admirer shows up at the Manor, and reveals himself as Nicholas. He's a warlock who made a pact with Patty: if he spared her life, she would bless a ring which would enable him to steal the powers of the Charmed Ones. Phoebe casts a spell to unbind a bond, and boom- they find themselves in the year 1975. Prue is 5, Piper is 2, Grams and Patty are alive, and Patty is pregnant with Phoebe. After a bad run in with Grams and an arrest situation with kidnapping themselves, Patty discovers the identity of the three women who she thought were warlocks- her own daughters. All safe at home, the sisters tell Grams and Patty why they're in the past and that they need to break the bond. Surely enough, the ring is unblessed and they are sent back to the future, along with a 'Nicholas Must Die' spell. Phoebe is tempted to warn the mother she never knew to stay away from water on the day that she died, but maturity kicks in and she takes her warning note out of the Book of Shadows.

1.18: When Bad Warlocks go Good

Prue discovers a priest who turns out to be a warlock. She also finds out that he and his brothers are the evil equivalent to the Charmed Ones. She is relieved to know that he is rejecting his destiny and wants to be good. His brothers have other ideas and try to get him to do evil deeds to sway him back. When the vicar is seriously injured, Andy, who cares about him a lot, is more determined than ever to find the culprit. Meanwhile, Piper is reluctant to go out with Josh and Phoebe is making attempts to make things simpler for her, despite her sister's objections.

1.19: Blind Sided/Out of Sight

A young boy is kidnapped by Grimlocks. Prue discovers that she can now channel her power through her hands, but is guilty because she had been so surprised by it that the Grimlocks had got away. To add to the guilt train, a reporter caught her on camera using her telekinesis. Now, he is following her and trying to trick her into using her powers. While trying to save the little boy, Andy stumbles on Prue's secret first hand.

1.20: Power of Two

Piper goes away on a job in Hawaii, but is concerned about leaving Prue and Phoebe alone. While she's away, of course, another demon springs out. Jackson Ward is the ghost of a man who was executed at Alcatraz, and now he's after the people who convicted him, or their descendants. Upon discovering an infrared fingerprint, he realises that he needs supernatural help from Prue and Phoebe.

1.21: Love Hurts

Life seems perfect for the Halliwells this week: Andy knows their secret- no more hiding, and demonic activity has been light. That is until they get word from their latest innocent: Leo Wyatt. While protecting a girl called Daisy, he was shot by a darklighter (the opposite of a whitelighter. They kill whitelighters with arrows dipped in a poison lethal to whitelighters), and now needs the Charmed One's help to get rid of Alec. Piper, of course, is pissed that Leo didn't tell her his secret, and is madder to find out that Phoebe knew and never said anything (even though she did, and neither Prue or Piper believed her). Piper comes to terms with the fact that Leo is dying, and she switches powers with him so that she can heal his wound. Prue and Phoebe get caught in the cross fire and also switch powers. Meanwhile, Internal Affairs (Inspectors Rodriguez and Anderson) question Andy and Darryl about their unsolved cases.

1.22: Deja Vu All Over Again

Rodriguez the newest foe to the Charmed Ones. and he's not alone. Tempus, a demon with the power of time control, has decided to help him: by causing the day to repeat over and over, Rodriguez can learn from his mistakes and ultimately kill all the Charmed Ones. Prue and Phoebe start the day with an awful shock: a premonition foretells Andy's death. Prue goes to warn him while Phoebe gets Piper from Quake. Piper realises that she's given up on her dreams when she runs into a snobby woman from her high school who continues to brag about her piles of cash and gorgeous husband. A showdown with the sisters and Rodriguez gets Phoebe killed, but when Prue vanquishes the warlock, the time loop is triggered and the day repeats itself. Unfortunately, our Roddy learns from his mistakes and kills both Phoebe and Piper- leaving Prue heartbroken- and angry enough to kill Rodriguez again. This time around, Phoebe remembers what happened, and she tries to prevent it from going down. Prue makes a bigger effort to keep Andy away from the Manor... but his love for Prue brings him there anyway. Sadly, his efforts to stop Rodriguez don't work to well and he's killed. His spirit visits Prue (who is knocked out) and tells her not to trigger the time loop. She cannot sacrifice the Charmed legacy for him... as a last respect, Prue does what Andy asks.

2.01: Witch Trial

Mabon, the autumninal equinox and the sisters' anniversary of becoming witches, has come around. Prue is trying to cope with Andy's death... which is perfectly fine- that is until Abraxas, a hideous demon living on a parallel plane, enters the Halliwell attic and steals the Book of Shadows. He's now reading the spells backwards and unvanquishing demons. While Piper (who is also trying to get a loan to buy a club) and Phoebe try to reconnect in order to get the book back, Prue is refusing to get back into the witchy business if it means that it's only going to result in the people she loved getting killed.

2.02: Morality Bites

Phoebe gets a premonition of her execution: in 2009 she is going to be burned at the stake. The sisters go to the future to find out what future Phoebe did. Piper discovers that she's going to marry (and divorce) Leo and have a little girl called Melinda, Prue finds that she now owns Bucklands and is filthy rich, but poor Phoebe finds herself in jail, 8 hours from her execution. Witches and non-witches alike are being persecuted- a repeat of the 1600s- and future Leo refuses to save Phoebe, because if he does, the persecution will continue. Prue and Piper cannot reverse the spell, so they must find a way back to 1999 before Phoebe dies.

2.03: The Painted World

A painting crosses paths with Prue and she must appraise it. During the authentication process, she finds a Latin phrase written under the painting. She reads it aloud and gets sucked into the painting and discovers a man trapped inside. Piper gets Prue's SOS when she goes to Bucklands but also ends up in the painting. Now it's up to Phoebe, who has cast a 'smart spell' on herself so that she can get a job to pay for the damages to Prue's car, to save her sisters from an x-ray vision warlock, plus his girlfriend.

2.04: The Devil's Music

Pipers club, P3, is having trouble getting it's mark on the map. That is until she books Dishwalla- the hottest new music group- at the club. She finds out that there is a demon- one that's been abducting female Dishwalla fans from various clubs- attached to the band and Leo pulled some strings so that they'd play at P3... so of course Piper is furious with him. That's not the only problem Piper has to deal with. Their new neighbour, Dan Gordon, has a niece, Jenny, who's dying to see Dishwalla but she's too young to go to P3. Being the rebellious teen that she is, Jenny sneaks into P3 and into the ugly claws of this particular demon. The sisters must now save her plus all the other girls before the show is over. Demonic Ipicac anyone?

2.05: She's a Man, Baby, a Man!

A heatwave arises and, along with that, a string of men being murdered. The big thing is that Phoebe is having bizarre dreams about killing these same guys. The sisters find the root to the problem is a she-demon called a succubus, so Piper and Phoebe cast a spell on Prue to help her hunt and kill the female fatale... an inadvertantly turn their eldest sister into a bloke! The succubus is attracted to Manny/Prue and Phoebe must use her psychic connection with the demon to save Prue before she has her newly found testosterone drained by a freaky snake tongue.

2.06: That Old Black Magic

Two young explorers inadvertantly release an extremely evil witch. Tuatha has been waiting years for her revenge against good witches and retrieve her wand. Leo warns the sisters of her, and Piper and Phoebe seek out the Chosen One: the seventh son of the seventh son, who is destined to destroy Tuatha. Unfortunately, Kyle is only 17 and finds the whole thing ridiculous. Prue crosses paths with Tuatha's wand when it lands on her table for appraisal... sadly it's snatched from her hands by internet auctioneer Jack Sheridan. While Prue snatches the wand, Piper, Phoebe and Leo try to teach Kyle to use the wand to destroy Tuatha forever. Thanks to a courage potion (made from water), Kyle is able to complete his destiny.

2.07: They're Everywhere

Trouble falls upon Piper and Prue when they discover two warlocks: one in Piper's love life and one at Prue's workplace. Kit hisses at new neighbour Dan Gordon, and Prue catches Jack 'blinking'. Both sisters fail to find a warlock test, so they cast a spell to hear secret thoughts. Meanwhile Phoebe tries to save the son of a patient at the hospital where she is volunteering, who is trying to find the location of the Ocaesic Records because two knowledge hunting demons are hot on his trail.

2.08: P3H2O

The sisters have to come to terms with the reason that their mother, Patty Halliwell, was murdered when the water demon that killed Patty starts killing again. The demon is not the only thing that they discover: an old, considered crazy, ex-whitelighter lives near the lake of the demon's attacks. Sam Wilder clipped his wings twenty years ago- why? Patty Halliwell was his charge and his girlfriend. When she died, he self-claimed himself as a failure and clipped his wings. Now he has to co-operate with Patty's girls before they meet the same fate as their mother.

2.09: Miss Hellfire

The 13th day of the month has rolled round again... and it's a Friday. Piper tries to dismiss the bad luck vibe... that is until a mortal woman breaks into the Manor and tries to kill them. Upon finding this woman riddled with bullets, Darryl finally finds out the Halliwell family secret. While Phoebe goes with him to save the next victim, Prue and Piper go to their would-be murderer's home to find out more about her. Miss Hellfire was sent by some unknown person to kill 13 witches by midnight. Sound familliar? Prue goes undercover as Hellfire to find out who is so hell-bent on killing them.

2.10: Heartbreak City

The sisters three go on a triple date... sort of... Phoebe's date cancels on her, but she still joins Prue and Jack, and Piper and Dan. While going for coffee, Phoebe is taken aside by a supposed drunk who begs for her help but Dan quickly chases him away. Upon a second meeting, Phoebe finds out who he really is: Cupid. Cupid has had his 'love ring' stolen from him by his rival Drazi, who is now using it to destroy the couples that Cupid has brought together. This is slowly killing him, which means that he needs the Charmed Ones' help. Unfortunately, Drazi thwarts his own vanquish and goes after Prue and Piper.

2.11: Reckless Abandon

While trying to convince Darryl to let her use her powers to help him solve his cases, a little baby is brought into the station. Phoebe gets a premonition of the child's father getting attacked by a ghost, so she attempts to find the baby's parents and keep the child, Matthew, safe. The sisters find more than what they bargained for: Gilbert Van Lewen, Matthew's father, was recently killed by a ghost called Elias Lundy. He was Martha Van Lewen's (Gilbert's mother, guest star Stephanie Beecham) chauffeur who was in love with Martha. When he threatened to kill her husband, Martha led Elias to the tree in which he had carved their initials in and shot him in the back. His ghost came back and killed Martha's husband and her two sons- now he's after Matthew. The sisters have to thwart this ghost, save Matthew and do it before Social Services calls in in about 24 hours' time...

2.12: Awakened

Piper is struck with a rare blood disease, Arroyo Fever. When she falls into a coma, Prue and Phoebe call for Leo so that he can heal her- unfortunately, Leo isn't allowed to heal an injury not caused by evil. When he leaves, Prue and Phoebe look up a spell to awaken Piper before she dies... but when they cast the spell, it awakens everything else in the room- including the disease, which contaminates everyone nearby; the ninja doll that Phoebe uses as a poppet and the sisters, so now none of them can sleep. When all the consequences were found, Piper convinces Phoebe and Prue to reverse the spell. She falls back into the coma and dies, but before her spirit has completely gone, Leo heals her soul and sends her back... which gets his wings clipped by the Elders.

2.13: Animal Pragmatism

Three students in one of Phoebe's college classes casts a spell on a snake, a rabbit and a pig and turn them into men for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, they realise that they are under a 24 hour time release and will turn back into animals come February 15th and since Phoebe rewrote the spell (upon dubbing it as stupid and will never work), the animal-men are out to find her, killing everyone in their path (except for the pig, who's busy freeing the sausages at the hot dog stand).

2.14: Pardon My Past

When Phoebe ends up on the receiving end of psychic attacks, she finds out (from Leo) that her past life must be trying to warn her of something. It turns out that her past self, Phoebe Russel, was evil and was cursed by her cousins- past Prue and past Piper. The only way for her to break the curse, and survive it, is to find the protection amulet that her past lover (a warlock named Anton) had given to her.

2.15: Give Me A Sign

Prue starts to explore the options of becoming a professional photographer, but her plan gets cut short when she is kidnapped by Bane Jessop (refer to Ms Hellfire). Phoebe sees that Piper is trying to decide between Dan and Leo, so she casts a spell to assist her. Lucky for all of them, Phoebe's spell wasn't specific and ended up leading them to Prue. Bane is being hunted by a demon who wants him dead because of his knowledge of demonic existence.

2.16: Murphy's Luck

Prue gets a job as a photo journalist at 415 magazine, and her first assignment is to take a picture of Maggie Murphy- a do gooder who has been suffering a run of serious bad luck- but ends up catching her trying to commit suicide. When Prue uses magic to get rid of Maggie's bad luck, she ends up suffering some herself. Turns out that Maggie was under prey of a darklighter who was trying to destroy her because she is a potential whitelighter. Leo's desire to save Prue convinces the Elders to give Leo his powers back.

2.17: How To Make A Quilt Out Of Americans

The sisters are visited by their Grams' best friend Gail, who has been worried about Cryto, the demon of vanity. She claims to have seen corpses being dug up around town, and apparently Cryto's resurrection seems to be the only outcome as he was stripped of his skin centuries ago. What she doesn't tell them is that she's the one bringing him back so that she can be young and healthy again- but he doesn't just want life, he wants the power of the Charmed Ones.

2.18: Chick Flick

The demon of Illusion is using his powers to spread violence amongst fans of horror movies. Phoebe discovers him in a showing of her favourite film 'Kill it Before it Dies'. When the demon tries to kill them, he pulls the main character, Billy Appleby, out of the movie with him. He uses this to his advantages and sends murderers from horror movies after the Charmed Ones- including Axe Husband and Bloody Mary. Meanwhile, Prue gets her hopes dashed when she finds out that Finley Beck, her role model in photography, is a complete tool, and Piper and Leo have difficulties being a normal couple because of magic's constant interference... not to mention seeing Dan on one of their dates.

2.19: Ex Libris

Phoebe's friend from college, Charlene, is killed by a Libris demon when she comes close to finishing her, very accurate, thesis on the true existance of demons. Now Phoebe has to help her ghost friend come to terms with her own death and get vengeance on her murderer. Meanwhile, Prue discovers a man who is searching for witnesses for the murder of his daughter.

2.20: Astral Monkey

Dr. Williamson, Piper's doctor from when she had Arroyo fever, injects three monkeys with the blood of the Halliwell sisters in order to find out if there is a cure for the disease in the blood. He accidently get injected with the blood himself and gains their powers. He uses the powers to kill criminals and steal their organs in order to help transplant patients. Although Piper does not want him to die, Williamson gets killed when he gets hit by a weapon he uses against the sisters.

2.21: Apocalypse, Not

Piper and Leo discover a demon that is causing riots in the streets of San Francisco. When the sisters try to vanquish him, they find 3 more of them. The combined magic of the demons and the sisters open up a vortex which sucks in Prue and one of the demons. Piper and Phoebe have no choice but to work with these demons if they have any chance of getting Prue back, even when they find out that these men are actually the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse. When Phoebe has a premonition of the Apocalypse, she and Piper decide to sacrifice Prue to save the rest of the world. Their selflessness releases Prue from the vortex and kills the Horsemen.

2.22: Be Careful What You Witch For

The sisters are visited by a Genie (guest star French Stewart), who wants to grant them one wish each. Following Leo's advice, all three of them avoid making wishes, but each of them slips up. Prue wishes to feel like she did when she fell in love for the first time, which makes her 17 again; Piper wishes for Dan to move on with his life, which he does literally and becomes really old; and Phoebe wishes to have an active power- she gains the ability to fly, but the power is stolen from a Dragon demon... the same demon that Prue goes on a 'date' with. Piper is forced to tell Dan her big secret, Phoebe comes close to exposure and Dragon kills Prue. The Genie offers to reverse their wishes and allows them to wish Prue back to life so that they can kill Dragon. Dan no longer want to know Piper, so she wishes that he can forget what he saw in the past day and truly move on with his life. The Genie becomes mortal, and Dan moves away. Piper wants to know what Leo does all day 'up there' and orbs up there with him.

3.01: The Honeymoon's Over

Piper and Leo have disappeared for a month, and Prue and Phoebe are left to face the Guardians. The Guardians are a group of demons which help mortal criminals in exchange for the victims' souls. The latest criminal, Emilio Smith, targets Darryl and Cole Turner (the new, hot, Assistant District Attorney assigned to the case), and Prue and Phoebe must testify against Emilio without betraying their secret. Unknown to them, the judge is a demon who is assigning the Guardians to criminals, which is why Cole is repeatedly losing the case... that is until Judge Hamilton is mysteriously vanquished... by Cole.

Meanwhile, the Elders order Piper and Leo to split up because of all the rules they've broken. If they refuse to obey, they'll reassign Leo and forbid him from seeing the sisters again. Leo tries to find a way around it by proposing to Piper, which she eventually accepts.

3.02: Magic Hour

The sisters come to the aid of a couple in a Lady Hawke like situation: the man has been cursed to be an owl by day and the girl is cursed to be a wolf by night. They are cursed this way until a night within a day, or until the girl (Brooke) gives in to the man who cursed them.

Meanwhile, Piper and Leo attempt to elope during the eclipse. They have everything- Prue, Phoebe and Grams as their high priestess... unfortunately, the Elders intervene and pull Leo away. Painfully.

3.03: Once Upon A Time

The sisters come across a 7 year old girl who is protecting a faery princess from trolls who are hoping to attempt a supernatural coup d'etat. Prue and Phoebe become their inner children in order to help Kate, and Piper is on strike because of what the Elders did to her and Leo.

3.04: All Halliwell's Eve

The sisters prepare to celebrate Hallowe'en with enthusiasm- especially Piper, who is determined to be the ultimate good witch in thanks to the Elders for sending Leo back- but plans are cut short when both evil and good intervene. Cole, aka Belthazor, has been sent back to 1670 to make sure that a powerful witch is kidnapped and raised evil and the Elders send the sisters back to the same year to make sure that the baby is safe. Cole comes close to succeeding, but stops trying when he considers that Phoebe may actually be his soulmate.

Meanwhile, Leo and Darryl try to duck the Grimlocks, who have returned for Hallowe'en to get revenge on the sisters for vanquishing them two years ago.

3.05: Sight Unseen

Prue is targeted by a stalker, who she is convinced is supernatural. When Cole gets caught in her supernatural trap, she begins to distrust him and believes that he could be the evil agent sent by the Triad. Turns out that Piper's bartender is obsessed with Prue and wants to become her... even if it means murdering her.

Meanwhile, Phoebe and Cole finally hook up, and Piper is too nervous to... you know... with Leo because she's afraid that the Elders may be watching with a box of popcorn.

3.06: Primrose Empath

Prue helps out an empath who is slowly being destroyed by his gift because he is rejecting it. Unknown to her, Vince is a demon who has been cursed to be an empath by a pastor, and by using magic to remove the empathetic ability she has tranferred it to her.

Meanwhile, Phoebe's relationship with Cole shifts to the next level when Prue deducts that they are actually falling in love with each other. Plus Piper and Leo attempt to have a normal relationship despite their supernatural status.

3.07: Power Outrage

When threatened by the Triad, Cole enlists the help of a rage demon in order to split the bond of the Power of Three. The sisters end up in a huge fight, and use their powers against each other. This severs the bond and eliminates their powers. Phoebe immediately heads for Cole for comfort. He tries to kill her but cannot bring himself to do it- instead he convinces her to go home and work things out with her sisters. Andras then possesses Belthazor and heads over to the Manor. The battle is in vain, as Belthazor vanquishes Andras, and Piper is able to get a piece of Cole's flesh for the vanquishing potion.

Cole returns to the Underworld. The Triad are extremely angered by Cole's actions and try to kill him. Cole manages to kill all three of them, and goes on the run.

3.08: Sleuthing With The Enemy

Cole is injured and on the run from all agents of the Underworld. Unfortunately, he is being targeted by a powerful Zotar, as well as the Charmed Ones.

Phoebe finds Cole injured and begs Leo to heal him. Complications in the healing process lead Leo to believe that Cole is Belthazor, and the proof that Prue and Piper find confirms this. Phoebe is caught in an inner battle- should she vanquish the demon or save her boyfriend. When the Zotar turns on her, Cole kills him- proving to Phoebe that he does love her and is worth saving. Phoebe lies to her sisters, saying that she killed Cole.

3.09: Coyote Piper

Time arrives for Piper's 10th High School Reunion... and of course she's nervous. After all, she's a powerful witch who's engaged to a guardian angel, but all everyone else will see is a 27 year old who still lives in her grandmother's house with her sisters, a cat and her unemployed fiance.  Of course, when magic intervenes, things get a whole lot worse. Terra, a life essence escapes from her boyfriend's- a demonic alchemist- lair and seeks the Charmed Ones, hoping to kill the alchemist and gain a place in the Power Of Three... and she targets Piper.

Meanwhile, Phoebe searches for information on Cole's family and finds that he really is half human, and that his father was a statesman who helped a lot of people before he was murdered by Cole's mother.

3.10: We All Scream For Ice Cream

When trying to track down a song that Prue has stuck in her mind, she and Phoebe discover an Ice Cream truck that is abducting children. When they successfully help the kids back outside, they find that they are actually demons. It turns out that the song in the truck attracts demon children like moths to a flame. Once inside, they are destroyed by an entity (the Nothing) that is strong enough to do so. Since the Ice Cream man himself is injured and trapped in the truck, the sisters need a mortal- who knows about the truck- to help them in. Who better to help than their father Victor Bennet, who saved Prue from the Nothing when she was young?

3.11: Blinded By The Whitelighter

A warlock called Eames is hunting down the powers of specific witches in order to kill a whitelighter and gain the power to orb... so that he can decimate all whitelighters and Elders. Leo's friend Natalie comes to help him and the sisters fight Eames, while all other whitelighters are joined in a lockdown, much to Piper's dismay.

Meanwhile, Phoebe confesses to Leo that she faked Cole's death and he is, understandably, angry with her and annoyed with himself for not helping her with the situation to begin with.

3.12: Wrestling With Demons

Prue discovers that an ex-boyfriend of hers has joined an academy where mortals are trained to become demons, and is determined to save him. Phoebe, despite not liking Prue's decision, casts a lost-and-found spell, which becomes a little too enthusiastic- bringing back childhood toys, old friends, lost pencils, socks (victims of the dryer), their old dog and Phoebe's brown hair (and their mother's ring, to Piper's joy)!

Phoebe finally comes clean to her sisters about Cole- Piper being disappointed, and Prue being absolutely furious with her for lying and letting a demon go.

3.13: Bride and Gloom

A dark priestess helps a warlock to kidnap Prue, and then forces her to marry her kidnapper. This union would turn Prue evil, which will spread from her to Piper, Phoebe and the Book of Shadows (which she then plans to steal). Piper and Phoebe give in very easily, and the Elders revoke Leo's assignment- claiming that they have relinquished their right to a Whitelighter. When he interrupts during an interrogation, enabling Dantalion to steal the Book of Shadows, Piper and Phoebe kill him. Cole comes back, but Phoebe wants nothing to do with him, until she realises that he can help her get Prue back- which he does without any promise that he can become Phoebe's boyfriend again. When evil Phoebe tells Cole that she will be with him as an evil couple, Cole refuses; insisting that evil cannot love and they will only have a chance if they are both good. This little revelation later enables Piper and Phoebe to vanquish the warlock (Zile) and Dantalion, bringing Prue back to their side and restoring good to their family line. Vanquishing Zile breaks Prue's bond with him and reversed all the evil the sisters commited, thus saving Leo and allowing the Elders to assign him back to the sisters.

Meanwhile, Phoebe tells Cole that she can't be with him because he is innately evil. Although heartbroken, he tells her that he is not going to give up.

3.14: The Good, The Bad, and The Cursed

Phoebe developes a psychic connection to a man from the Old West, whos town has been cursed into a time loop. If the curse isn't broken by sundown, Phoebe will meet the same fate as Bo Lightfeather- death. Cole reveals himself to Piper, Prue and Leo and offers to help break the time loop. He and Prue shimmer to the Old West to save Bo and Phoebe.

Meanwhile, Victor finds out the hard way that Leo is a whitelighter. Given his past issues with whitelighters (namely, one Sam Wilder), he is furious with Leo and upset with Piper for not telling him sooner.

3.15: Just Harried

Piper and Leo's big day arrives. Everyone they love is there: Grams, Victor, Prue, Phoebe, Patty, Darryl... even Cole. The only problem is that Prue's ID takes on a life of its own in the form of Prue's astral self. She projects out when Prue is sleeping and heads to a bar where she hangs out with a guy named TJ. This wouldn't have been a problem if Prue hadn't been left extremely tired by it, and if some guy had framed Astral Prue for murder. This wrecks Piper's wedding and convinces her that she is not meant to be with Leo. Well placed words from Victor and Patty convince her otherwise. Meanwhile, Phoebe tries to bring Astral Prue and Real Prue back together and Cole, Leo and Darryl hunt down the real killer.

3.16: Death Takes A Halliwell

While on the beach with Phoebe, Prue notices a woman being stalked by a black shadow, which soon turns out to be the Angel of Death. Piper and Leo attend a party 'up there', where all of Leo's friends are excited to meet the new Mrs Wyatt, and Phoebe and Cole face the Seekers- demonic lie detectors who are trying to track Cole down, and killing anyone who may be in relation to him... which sets the SFPD after him as well.

3.17: Prewitched

Piper and Leo plan to move out of the Manor and into hers and Prue's old apartment in North Beach. The sisters also face a cat-turned-warlock who must rid himself of his nine familier lives by the next new moon to become immortal.

The sisters also flash back to the days leading up to Grams' death and Phoebe's departure.

3.18: Sin Francisco

The sisters and Leo are affected by four of the Seven Deadly Sins. Piper's gluttony causes her to become obsessed with shopping and induglence; Phoebe's lust causes her to almost... you know... with her ethics professor- which gets her kicked out of the class; Prue's pride causes her to constantly jump into harms way, thinking that she will always prevail; and Leo's sloth is preventing him from actually trying to help his family before they are driven to self destruction. An act of selfless-ness saves Leo, Piper and Phoebe- whic allows them to track down Prue and save her from doing anything really stupid (like throwing herself into a pit instead of trying to kill the demon who took her).

3.19: The Demon Who Came In From The Cold

Cole and Phoebe come across a member of the Brotherhood of the Thorn... which Cole used to be a member of. The Brotherhood is planning to make a merger go forward so that they can take over all businesses and spread evil that way. Cole volunteers himself to go undercover to take down the Thorn. The plan works out until his old mentor shows up and tries to kill him.

3.20: Exit Strategy

Cole's mentor, Raynor, now knows that Cole is good and is planning to destroy what is keeping him that way- Phoebe's love for him. He sends him to steal a powerful amulet from a low level witch. Cole warns Phoebe about what Raynor is doing, planting the first seed of suspicion in her heart. When Raynor casts a spell on Cole (and tells him that he'll get his father's soul back when he does what he is told), causing him to kill the witch that Phoebe and her sisters are meant to be protecting, Phoebe tells Cole to go away- that he will always be evil- and destroys the power stripping potion that he had asked her to make for him. Cole, heartbroken over Phoebe and pi$$ed at Raynor, kills his mentor.

Meanwhile, Piper gains the power to blow things up at will, and kills a demon with it.

3.21: Look Who's Barking

Phoebe covers up her grief over Cole by constantly adding to the Book of Shadows, warning future generations of him. Piper is still trying to control her new power and locks herself in her room. When a banshee attacks a man in their neighbourhood, and Phoebe receives a premonition of a future attack, the sisters cast a spell to track it down... turning Prue into a dog. The sisters saved their innocent, but lose Prue when she follows the banshee and gets hit by a car. The banshee senses Phoebe's pain and attacks her- but instead of dying, Phoebe becomes a demonic screamer as well. Piper and Leo try to track her down before she kills someone. Piper summons Cole, knowing that if he tells Phoebe that he loves her, she will return to normal. When Cole refuses to help, Piper tries to vanquish him... but it doesn't work because Cole had an alchemist transmute his blood so that he'd be immune to the potion. Banshee Phoebe tunes in to Cole's pain for her and attacks him. Cole finally confesses that he loves Phoebe, and she returns to normal, and restoring Prue to her human form. Phoebe decides that she made a mistake by giving up on Cole.

3.22: All Hell Breaks Loose

Prue and Piper expose themselves as witches on TV when they vanquish a demon in the street... not knowing that a news crew was nearby and caught the whole thing on tape. The media circus appears on their lawn, but they cannot do anything as Phoebe is in the Underworld trying to save Cole. Leo goes down to bring Phoebe back, but warns Prue and Piper that if something goes wrong he won't be able to hear them. Underestimating the neurotic wiccan who kept trying to break into the house is a huge mistake, which everyone discovers when Alice aims a gun at the Manor and shoots... hitting Piper in the back. When Leo doesn't respond to Prue's yells, she attempts to drive Piper to the hospital... and is forced to use her powers on the media when they stupidly stand in front of the car asking 'what happened?' (well, some moron just shot at the house, and Prue's sister is now in the car's backseat, bleeding her guts out- what do you think happened?!!!!). Piper dies in the hospital. Phoebe, Leo and Cole find out about Piper's death when the Source agrees to turn back time if Phoebe becomes evil... only because it would be the only way to save one of her sisters. Phoebe agrees, and the Source enlists Tempus to reverse time... just before Prue herself is shot by the SWAT team. The battle with Shax in the morning resumes again except, this time, Phoebe is not there to read the spell. Shax attacks and then leaves the Manor, leaving Prue, Piper and their innocent on the brink of death.

4.01: Charmed Again pt1

Piper and Phoebe are in despair over losing Prue, and Inspector Cortez- who is constantly questioning them about Prue's and Dr Griffeth's death- is not helping at all. At Prue's funeral, Phoebe meets a young woman, who she recognises but cannot place her face, and receives a premonition of her being killed by Shax. When she and Cole go to rescue her, they find that she can orb. The Elders don't know about her, but Cole finds out that the Source thinks that this girl is the key to reconstituting the Power of Three. After a conversation with Grams and Patty, Piper and Phoebe find out that this girl, Paige Matthews, is the secret child of Patty and her whitelighter... making her their half sister. The Charmed Ones are reconstituted when Paige arrives at the Manor, and Shax attacks them. The Power of Three triumphs and Shax is vanquished, but a horrified Paige flees.

4.02: Charmed Again pt2

The Source, knowing that Paige is reluctant to become part of the Halliwell family, uses a mythological window. This window of 48 hours allows a nascent witch to choose to work his/her magic for good or evil. The Source possesses Paige's boyfriend and a client from Social Services to seduce Paige into using her powers for evil. Meanwhile, Piper and Phoebe are trying to save Paige from a lifetime of evil while still coming to terms with losing Prue and discovering another sister. Paige comes close to becoming evil but joins her sisters when the Source tries to kill Phoebe. The window closes and the Source admits that he will try a lot harder... also that 'Belthazor' is dying outside Social Services. Thanks to Leo and Paige, Cole is healed completely.

Cortez puts the sisters under surveillence, convinced that because of their involvement in the supernatural they are suspects for the murder of Prue Halliwell and Dr Griffeths. Cole's solution doesn't help: he shimmers Cortez into the Underworld- hoping to save Piper and Phoebe from exposure- and doesn't free him until Leo forces him to. When Leo heals Cortez after the Source attacks him, he finally accepts that the Halliwells are not evil and turns the evidence over to Darryl.

4.03: Hell Hath No Fury

Paige is getting closer to Phoebe, although Piper is a lot more brittle and is too consumed with killing demons to get to know her new sister and teach her the craft. Their relationship becomes even more strained when Paige takes the Book of Shadows and casts several spells... one of which increases her chest size as a backfire for trying to teach a slimebag she works with a lesson.

Meanwhile, Piper's unexpressed anger towards Prue's death allows her to fall prey to the Furies, who are demonic vigilantes which lure her into their fold.

Piper gets increasingly frustrated with Paige, thinking that she is not interested in magic and that she could be killed if she hasn't learnt her craft. Meanwhile, Piper and Phoebe constantly face the Shocker Demon- an evil being made out of electricity- which they can't vanquish without the Power of Three. 4.07: Brain Drain

Meanwhile, Phoebe has mixed feelings for her new boss, Jason Dean, who she finds attractive but he is also completely up himself.

5.17: Lucky Charmed

5.18: Cat House

5.19: Naughty Nymphs/Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun

The sisters help a couple of Wood Nymphs, who lost their sister and their satyr to a demon. The two remaining Nymphs try to lure Paige into their fold.

The Crone uses her magic to take away Phoebe's hearing, Paige's voice and Piper's sight in order to kidnap Wyatt.

5.21: Necromancing The Stone

Grams comes to her granddaughters to conduct Wyatt's Wiccaning, but is disappointed to find out that the newest addition to the Halliwell family is a boy. They also have to face the Necromancer demon, who wants to take all the spirits of the Warren line to bring him back to life.

5.22: Oh My Goddess pt1

Paige and Phoebe discover that the almighty Titans from Ancient Greece have been released, and they are abducting whitelighters, turning them to stone and stealing their powers. When Paige gets turned into stone herself, another whitelighter shows up and helps Phoebe prevent her from being taken too. Chris Perry is from the future, and warns the sisters that in his world, Paige died on this day and the Titans gained dominion over the Heavens, creating Hell on Earth.

Leo takes over 'up there' when half of the Elders are killed by the Titans and the survivors are flushed out.

5.23: Oh My Goddess pt2

While ducking the Titans, Leo recreates the Greek Gods into the sisters- Piper becomes Gaia, Phoebe becomes Aphrodite and Paige becomes Athena- so that they can defeat the Titans.

Piper and Leo's marriage comes closer to an end when Leo becomes an Elder and mysteriously disappears (thanks to Chris, who has now been appointed the Charmed One's new whitelighter).

6.01: Valhalley of the Dolls, pt1 and 6.02: Valhalley of the Dolls, pt2/ Valkyrie Vixens

Leo's gone, but Piper's in a surprisingly good mood. Paige is suspicious and believes that Leo has altered her eldest sister's memory. Unfortunately, a spell she casts to help restore Piper's memory leaves her with amnesia. Calling on Leo for help, Phoebe and Paige discover that Leo's trapped on the island of Vahalla (a mythical place ruled by warrior maidens). Chris attempts to cover up his role in Leo's disappearance by helping the sisters disguise themselves as Valkyries, enabling them to get to the island, and bringing Darryl's soul. Seeing Leo jolts Piper's memory and all her feelings come rushing back, causing her to stay on the island while everyone else gets away. The warriors follow Phoebe and Paige back to the city and wreak havoc on San Francisco, but Piper helps the Valkyries bring them back. Phoebe also receives a new power, and Paige discovers a man trapped in a dogs body.

6.03: Forget Me... Not/ Dragon's Heat

Wyatt exposes magic to the world when he conjures a dragon from the TV into real life, which starts to attack the people of San Francisco. The Cleaners, creatures who cover up for exposed magic, come in to help. Unfortunately, this means that they take Wyatt away and remove all memories of the child's existence. The sisters cast a spell to remember what they've forgotten and find themselves reliving the day again- allowing them to get Wyatt back from the Cleaners. Meanwhile, Phoebe's empathetic power gets out of control when she decks Elise... and causes a large riot in her workplace.

6.04: Power of Three Blondes/ Dirty Blondes

Margo, Mabel and Mitzi Stillman are three sisters after the power of the Charmed Ones. They assume the sister's identities and steal their powers. Powerless and unknown to the world, Piper, Phoebe and Paige must somehow convince Leo and Chris that they are the real Charmed Ones, as well as save their jobs from being ruined by the Blonde Ones.

6.05: Love's a Witch

Paige's new temp job lands her in the middle of a magical feud between two families, and the fact that Phoebe keeps butting in isn't helping. While trying to solve the fighting, they come across Olivia Callaway- a vengeful ghost killed in a crossfire who is keeping the feud going. She posesses Paige in order to kill her ex-fiance (Richard Montana) so that they can be together again. Meanwhile, Chris tries to get a potion to hide his emotions from Phoebe's empathic abilities- something that's not so hard to do... unless Leo is tracking your every move.

6.06: My Three Witches/ Fantasies in the Flesh

Chris, annoyed with the sisters' attempts to have normal lives, gets a demon to bring the sisters' desires to life- hoping to vanquish Gith in the process. Piper ends up in world where there is no magic- which isn't a problem until Wyatt needs Leo's healing powers; Paige is put in a world where magic is everywhere and it is okay to tell everyone about being a witch- which is okay until she is targeted by nearly 10 demons; and Phoebe is made extremely famous (Jason's desire, not hers), which is fine until a man pulls out a gun, tries to shoot Phoebe and Jason gets caught in the crossfire. Chris, who has been outsmarted by the demon and is now dying of darklighter poison, uses his remaining powers to bring all three sisters into one world so that they can take out Gith. Of course, all ends well when the sisters are freed and Leo heals Chris and Wyatt. Meanwhile, Chris also faces being stripped of his wings when Leo discovers that Chris killed a Valkyrie (which proves Chris sent Leo to Valhalla), but Leo has a change of heart at the last minute.

6.07: Soul Survivor/ Soul Sister

Paige's new boss is killed by a demon, and she discovers that he made a Faustian deal with a demonic auctioneer called Zahn. When Piper and Phoebe refuse to help, Paige and Richard take things into their own hands and Paige sacrifices her soul to save Larry's, knowing that Piper and Phoebe will swoop in for the rescue no matter how angry they are with her. Meanwhile, Piper realises that Wyatt is using his powers to scare away her dates, and Leo and Chris get stuck in a time portal which takes them to the cretaceous period, then to the Middle Ages.

6.08: Sword and the City/ Charmed in Camelot

The sisters are confronted by the Lady of the Lake, who needs their help from a Dark Knight who is after Excaliber. The sword ends up in the stone, and the sisters end up having to sword-sit. This isn't really a problem until nearly everyone from the magical community comes to pull the sword from the stone. Annoyed, Piper inadvertantly becomes Queen Arthur when she pulls the sword from the stone. A 'teacher', called Mordaunt, helps Piper learn to control the sword in hopes of being able to take it from her. His plan is uncovered when Richard stops Phoebe from mixing a lethal combination of potion ingredients and they realise that Mordaunt isn't who he says he is. Leo finds out that Piper is actually the new Lady of the Lake, who needs to pass Excaliber to its rightful owner... Wyatt. Now they must save Piper and Wyatt from an overambitious, and powerful, Mordaunt. Meanwhile, Paige fights with Phoebe after discovering that Phoebe hates and mistrusts Richard.

6.09: Little Monsters/ Hot Mamas

When the sisters vanquish a demon, they find that it was a mother. They bring the baby home and Wyatt becomes friends with him, much to Chris' dismay- after all this demon child may be the evil that turns Wyatt. This baby is part human part Manticore.  Manticores are a powerful race of demons who breed with humans to create hybrids, and there is no known vanquishing potion. Piper is kidnapped by a beast, who turns out to be the baby's father- he escaped before his Manticore 'lover' could kill him and has spent ages using potions to make him powerful in order to save his son, but mutated himself in the process. After being healed from a near death experience (via Manticores), the beast reverts back to his human self, Derek. The only thing left on the to-do list is to vanquish the pack of Manticores and save the little baby- not too hard, eh?

6.10: Chris-Crossed

When Chris is attacked by a Phoenix witch, he is rendered unconscious because he escaped from the attack before his power could be removed (this will kill him). He has 'flash-forwards' of the future, revealing that the Phoenix is actually his fiancee. Bianca, who helped him send himself to the past. Bianca doesn't give up so easily and uses her powers to lower the Charmed One's inhibitions- sending Phoebe to Hong Kong, Paige to live with Richard and Piper to her fireman boyfriend with whom she has been reluctant to go to the next level. She kidnaps Chris and removes his powers, then takes him back to the future to face the evil that he had gone back to stop... Wyatt.

6.11: Witchstock

When Paige puts on a pair of Gram's old boots, she gets transported back to the 60's. Unfortunately, she doesn't know the timeline, and that her grandfather was destined to die that day. Piper and Phoebe's attempt to stop her fails, and present day Grams turns into a flower-granny- which doesn't help Leo and Chris, who are trying to fend off a gigantic slime demon that has taken over the house.

6.12: Prince Charmed

When a demon tries to kidnap Wyatt, Piper decides to give up on men- and love- in order to focus all her energy on him. Phoebe and Paige, dismayed by Piper's epiphany, create the Perfect Man for Piper's birthday. This only gets in the way when Chris uses him to convince to sisters to bind Wyatt's powers. When the group of demons- The Order- kidnap Wyatt and revert his sense of morality, Chris is forced to tell the sisters and Leo that the evil that he came back to stop was Wyatt. Piper is furious and kicks him out, yet he still swoops in to help save Wyatt- who now trusts him.

6.13: Used Karma/ Mata Hari

Phoebe invites Jason for dinner with Paige and Richard, hoping to tell him the truth about herself. When she keeps putting it off, it comes to bite her in the butt when Jason catches her and her sisters orbing into the kitchen. He refuses to have anything to do with Phoebe. Richard, convinced that it was his bad karma that caused the incident, casts a spell to cleanse himself of it all. This backfires and Phoebe is hit with a large dose of someone else's bad karma... Mata Hari's.

Meanwhile, Paige is tracked down by various magical creatures, who were cursed by an evil witch.

6.19: Crimes and Witch Demeanors/ Charmed On Trial

The sisters face trial with the Tribunal when they are exposed, but they are not the only ones at stake. If they do not win the trial (and prove that Barbas set them up) by midnight, then Darryl will be executed for murder.

6.20: A Wrong Days Journey Into Right/ Stormy Leather

When Paige conjures her Mr. Right, she accidently conjures his evil self too. Phoebe tries to adjust to not having her powers, and Leo tries to reconnect with Chris.

6.22: It's A Bad Bad World part 1

When the sisters try to send Chris back to the future (with a spell written by Gideon), they accidently send him and Leo into a world that mirrors theirs. Phoebe and Paige follow them and face their evil counterparts. They find out from Good Barbas that Gideon is the one after Wyatt.

Meanwhile, Piper goes into premature labour.

6.23: It's A Bad Bad World part 2

When Paige and Phoebe return to their world, they find that all the good they did in the other world caused a shift. Now their reality has become so good that even the smallest thing can be a capital offence, which everyone happily accepts- including Piper, who isn't the least bit worried that complications in her labour could threaten the health of her and her baby.

Meanwhile Gideon teams up with Barbas to take out Wyatt, but he ends up taking out the wrong Halliwell son- fuelling Leo with enough pain and rage to commit a grievous act of evil to repair the shift.

7.01:  A Call To Arms

Leo, still recovering from losing adult Chris, has become consumed with vengeance, hunting down Barbas for helping Gideon try to get to Wyatt. Barbas worsens things by convincing Leo that a fellow Elder is in on the conspiracy against Wyatt. Zola- an Elder that was nearly murdered by Leo- warns the sisters that if Leo doesn't become himself soon, they may be forced to take care of Leo themselves- 'help him restart the circle of life'. With the egging on of a mysterious third party, Barbas gathers other demons to go after Wyatt and Chris, which fills Leo with a real need for vengeance. However, Phoebe and Paige track Barbas down and vanquish him before he can do Leo any more harm. Of course, on top of all this drama, Piper and Leo are possessed by the immortal spirits of Shakti (the Goddess of Creation) and Shiva (the God of Destruction), and Phoebe and Paige must prevent them from consumating their relationship, as doing so will bring around the apocalypse.

Paige learns that the Magic School is closing because of Gideon's death. She decides to fight for its survival. Darryl is still trying to keep away from the sisters and magic, in order to keep Inspector Sheriden off his back, but is only getting edgier because of it. Phoebe is asked to take a break from the advice column, but isn't too sure of it when it turns out that her 'ghost writer' is a man (guest star Nick Lachey of Newlyweds)... that is until she reads his writing and realises he's okay for the job.

7.02: The Bare Witch Project

Paige is still fighting for the survival of Magic School, but the Elders are convinced that it has run its course. Paige insists that she can handle a bunch of magical children... which is put to the test when two teenage boys conjure up Lady Godiva (guest star Kristen Miller of USA High fame)- a woman who rode unrobed on horseback as a protest- out of a history book. They inadvertantly release a demon called Lord Dyson, who feeds off repressed emotions. There is also a shift in time that results in women being repressed... which can only be solved by bringing Godiva and Dyson back, then vanquishing Dyson and sending Godiva back, to her time. Phoebe is determined to prove that her temporary replacement, Leslie, is choosing only the letters he can respond to easily, without caring about the severity of the problems of the readers. However, inspired by Lady Godiva, she solves her own problem with a man who kicked Piper out of his restuarant for breast-feeding by carrying out the same protest.

7.03: Cheaper by the Coven

Paige and Phoebe summon Grams to convince Piper that baby Chris should have a Wiccaning, but are soon sidetracked when Wyatt is attacked by a masked demon. Wyatt and Chris are already clashing, and Grams casts a spell to lift their sibling rivalry... only to accidently turn the sisters into bickering teenagers. Leo asks a Seer (guest star Charisma Carpenter) what demon is after his sons, and finds out that Wyatt conjured an evil Leo so he could cope with his parent's separation.

Official Episode Photography

7.04: Charrrrrrrmed!

The sisters are having to face a group of cursed pirates who need them to steal a golden chalice and they use an aging Paige as a bargaining tool for Phoebe and Piper. In their everyday lives, Leslie suggests to Phoebe that she hold a 'Win A Date With Ask Phoebe' but have him as a winner. She agrees, but ends up standing him up for witchly duties- despite his anger, he's willing to admit that he likes Phoebe... when he realises that Phoebe knew about his 'trick' the whole time. Leo finally gains the courage to start working his way back to being a proper Elder once more. That's not all- an FBI agent has come to town by request of Inspector Sheridan, and it seems to be that Agent Brody- to Darryl's shock- knows more about Chris and the sisters than Sheridan could imagine... although he doesn't seem to want to help her.

7.05: Styx Feet Under

A human-demon hybrid called Sirk has been advised by a Seer (guest star Charisma Carpenter) that he must kill all his human relatives in order to become a full demon. However, Paige casts a protection spell on Sirk's target- which prevents him from dying despite all injuries. This earns the sisters a visit from an Angel of Death, who tells them that because this man cannot die, no one else can either. The sisters refuse to reverse the spell so Death does it himself... and takes Piper too. Until his list is sorted out once more, Piper is an honorary Angel of Death- but she must race against the clock to complete the job before her body is autopsied. However, she is less willing to help when Paige ends up on her list and she has no choice but to take her.

7.06: Once In A Blue Moon

Once every 50 years, there are two Blue Moons in one year- the second fills the sky with an eerie blue light and causes strange things to happen. This time, there are monsters who are attacking whitelighters. The Elders suspect Leo of killing Zola, which make him a prime suspect in the latest attacks- especially since the newest victim was supposed to be the Charmed Ones' new whitelighter. However, when the sisters set up a trap to find out who these monsters are,  they are shocked to find out who the real culprits are.

Meanwhile, the Avatars are back to finish what they started and they're after the most powerful being that is floating in between good and evil. Two years ago, it was Cole Turner... now it's Leo Wyatt.

7.07: Charmed Into Right/Someone To Witch Over Me

Agent Kyle Brody enlists Paige's help when a series of people survive fires only to die a few minutes later. They soon find that there is a Celerity demon- by the name of Sarpedon- who is stealing the guardian angels of mortals so that he can protect himself against the new power. However, a sting set up with Brody's guardian as bait backfires when Sarpedon takes Paige's instead... making her extremely accident prone. She isn't willing to sit at the sidelines though- especially when Sarpedon kidnaps Brody.

Meanwhile, Piper and Phoebe help Leo go on a vision quest (featuring special guest star Drew Fuller) so that he can help himself heal. However, the Avatars pull him into another one and convince him to join them so that he can save his family from premature death.

7.08: The Sixth Halliwell/Charmed Noir

When a teacher is suddenly murdered at Magic School- identical to one that happened twenty years ago- Paige enlists Brody to help her find the killer. They soon find that the book that the teacher had been looking at was spelled to create another world... which sucked them in. Paige and Brody find themselves in a "dicks" noir film, and Paige is powerless to get them out. The only way to get everyone out of the book is to finish the story- which is what Piper, Phoebe and Leo are trying to do.

Meanwhile, Leo tries to romance Piper into a date, although she's finding it hard to believe that he's fully recovered.

7.09: There's Something About Leo

A group of demons known as the Enochs are trying to trick the Charmed Ones into killing their enemies, the Sokols, so that they can gain their territory.

Leo is unable to control his power, causing the Avatars to constantly warn him about draining the collective power. However, they don't stop him when he tells Piper that he's an Avatar. While she slowly begins to accept, Phoebe and Paige are untrusting and enlist Brody's help. Unfortunately, he takes it too far...

7.10: Witchness Protection

The Avatars force Leo to protect the Seer (Charisma Carpenter) from the demons of the Underworld, and also the most powerful demon since the Source (and Cole): Zankou. She falls under the protection of the sisters, and Phoebe becomes very close to her. The Seer- also known as Kira- allows Phoebe to see the vision she saw regarding the Avatars... showing a future free of demons and evil in general. Piper takes it well, and Leo takes that as his cue to reveal that he is one of them. Paige, doesn't take it very well, and sides with Kyle despite that he's revealed that he has put Sheridan in a mental institute.

Phoebe is still suspicious of Kyle, and Darryl helps her by investigating him- also discovering that Sheridan has been unjustly locked away.

7.11: Ordinary Witches

The Avatars are trying to convince the Charmed Ones to join the fold, and Zankou is trying to convince the Underworld that they cannot let it happen. Piper and Phoebe accidently send their powers into innocents when a power switching spell is interrupted by a demonic attack. Meanwhile, Paige and Kyle travel back in time to find out who murdered his parents and find celerity demons to be the culprits... not the Avatars. However, it doesn't convince him that the Avatars are not a threat.

7.12: Extreme Makeover World Edition

The sisters help the Avatars cast the spell to help create the New World, which sends the whole world into slumber so that they can take out and remaining demons- especially Zankou. Zankou, however, has other plans and uses Kyle's hatred of the Avatars to get rid of them. Kyle infects the sisters with paranoia long enough to lure an Avatar other than Leo- Beta- into the open and uses the potion to kill one. His plan succeeds, but kills him in the process.

Paige, who's desperate to keep him alive, tries to get the Avatars to reverse time- although they respond by putting the sisters through the transformation ahead of schedule. The New World transformation becomes complete, but Zankou is determined to change it back.

7.13: Charmageddon

When Leo discovers that the Avatars are killing people in order to rid the world of all conflict, and the Utopia has robbed people of freewill, he reluctantly teams up with Zankou to convince the sisters that the Avatars must be stopped. Paige discovers that Brody has become a whitelighter.

7.14: Carpe Demon

Paige is shocked to find that the newest applicant for a teacher at Magic School turns out to be an ex-demon. Drake (guest star Billy Zane) has made a pact with a sorceror: that he will become human if he doesn't use his offensive powers for a year but, if he does use them, they'll revert to the sorceror and he'll die (although it turns out that he'll die within the year anyway). The only problem is that the sorceror wants Drake's powers, and he tries to bring out his inner demon... although it backfires and makes Drake believe he's Robin Hood.

7.15: Show Ghouls

Darryl enlists the help of the sisters when he comes across a mental patient- his old mentor- that he believes to be possessed. The man claims to have been in a fire at Cabaret Fantome... which has been closed for decades. Phoebe and Drake travel back to 1899 to investigate, and nearly get trapped there by the man responsible for the fire.

7.16: The Seven Year Witch     *CHARMED'S 150TH EPISODE*

The Elders finally come to a decision on how to deal with Leo. Coming to the conclusion that he has lost his way, the Elders strip Leo of his powers and memory and drop him off somewhere in Texas: if he finds Piper no matter what, he'll become human and stay with his family but, if he doesn't, he'll become a full Elder and he'll never see his family again. Meanwhile, Piper falls into a coma due to the after effects of a demonic attack, and Drake convinces Phoebe and Paige to track down Leo as he is the only one who can save her. With Darryl's help, the sisters try to track down Leo and try to beat Odin (a head Elder) into convincing Leo where he belongs.

In Piper's coma, she finds herself trapped in limbo with someone she least expected. Cole Turner (special guest star Julian McMahon) is sentenced to spend eternity in limbo paying penance for the evils he did in life. He convinces Piper to trust him, and helps her to bring Leo home, knowing that seeing Piper and Leo reunite will help revive Phoebe's faith in love. Another person trying to do the same is Drake, who is using his last day of life to convince Phoebe that love is worthwhile.

Official Episode Photography

7.17: Scry Hard

Phoebe is left in charge of the paper when Elise has a "family emergency". Zankou orders a group of demons to attack a now mortal Leo in order to distract the sisters so he can locate the Nexus. However his plans are soured by the fact that Piper and Leo are stuck in a dollhouse replica of the Manor- Wyatt's doing, of course.

7.18: Little Box of Horrors

A demon who is trying to make a name for herself decides to try to find Pandora's Box. Unfortunately the box is under care of a budding witch by the name of Hope. She isn't aware of her destiny or how to protect the box, so the sisters take her in and try to guide her.

7.19: Freaky Phoebe

A demon named Imara switches bodies with Phoebe , in order to get the Charmed Ones to go after Zankou and his men, and vanquish them so she can take control of the underground. Phoebe (as Imara) is being held capture by Imara's men, while Imara is having a little too much fun as Phoebe... meanwhile Paige nor Piper notice a different in Phoebe, but her behavior, sparks an interest in Sheridan. Paige still is doing whitelighter duty, and is still in charge of Leo old charges that she was given in Little Box of Horrors, but this time she gets her very own charge. Leo is now the headmaster at Magic School, although he still do not have his healing powers back. He said he feel at home and that Magic school is where he feels he belongs.

7.20: Imaginary Friends

The sisters and Leo worry about Wyatt when he appears to talk to thin air and no one else at pre-school and at home. It turns out that a demon, by the name of Vaikern, is using his powers to cloak himself to everyone but Wyatt in order to entice him to become evil. Concerned about Wyatt, the sisters cast a spell to understand him, accidently bringing Wyatt's future self (guest star Wes Ramsay) into the present. The good news is that future Chris did not die in vain, the bad news is that Vaikern is trying hard to undo that and turn Wyatt evil once again.

7.21: Death Becomes Them (a.k.a Something Wicca This Way Goes, part 1)

Zankou decides that, in order to defeat the Charmed Ones, he must view the sisters as women, not witches. He teams up with a demon Alchemist and they plot to kill the Charmed One's friends in order to get to the sisters. Phoebe is soon haunted by a deceased friend and Paige is getting increasingly concerned with her friend Joanna and her abusive boyfriend Karl. Zankou and the Alchemist start sending zombies after the Charmed Ones (guest star Keith Diamond). Taking advantage of the weakness of the sisters, Zankou manages to steal the Book of Shadows

Darryl, also concerned about the sisters' wellbeing, is eager to help them... but Sheridan has brought Sheila into the loop- and, worrying for Darryl's life, she begs him to keep his distance from the sisters.

7.22: Something Wicca This Way Goes

Zankou and a group of demons have taken over the Manor and are trying to get the nexus again and, this time,  Zankou has the Book of Shadows. Meanwhile the sisters are hidden away at Magic School, trying to find away to defeat Zankou . They seek the help of a vampire queen, and offer her a deal... only to be double crossed later. It seem that Zankou knows their every move.

On top of that, Sheridan has a personal vendetta against the Charmed Ones for all the cops who've been lost... but she is not the only one. Another agent has been investigating them for a long time, they have been working along with Agent Brody, and were the ones who told him to put Sheridan in a coma. Meanwhile, since Zankou knows all of the Charmed Ones moves, Phoebe suggests they use one of Prue's. This is Sheridan 's swan song, but she might not be the only one to die.

Season 8 of Charmed is set to air September 2005 in the US. It's not known yet when the rest of the world will get to see it, but I'm guessing early 2006 for people in the UK with access to LivingTV.

8.01- Still Charmed And Kicking

Spoilers: Last we left the sisters, they had disguised themselves and Leo as other people and faked their own deaths in order to escape the agents on their tail... and given custody of Wyatt and Chris to Victor. However, the Elders feel that a mortal will not be equipped to deal with two witch/whitelighter children, and try to take Wyatt and Chris from their grandfather. On top of that, a demon is trying to kill Victor to get the deed to the Manor, and the sisters need to protect their father whilst avoiding exposure. Paige is assigned to teach a new witch, and Phoebe meets someone... a guy named Dex (guest star Jason Lewis).

However, the forever persistant Agent Keyes is not convinced that the sisters died in the blast that occured in the basement, and is out to prove that they are still alive.

8.02- Malice In Wonderland

Spoilers: Demons are still trying to figure out whether or not the Charmed Ones really are dead. A demon, by the name of Haas, attempts to take over the now abandoned Magic School. He argues that if the sisters are alive then they won't let him get his hold on the school. Meanwhile, another demon is luring children into a black hole.

This was the episode that they didn't show last season because of Columbine, and though I was angry at the networks at the time I have to say that I think it was the right decision. It's a pretty good episode, and has some good one-liners from Xander, but in that atmosphere it's hard not to think of it as a little glib and even exploitative.
